Our trip to New Mexico

Sixteen years ago, we arrived in a small community on the northern edge of New Mexico. In 1994, we left to seek our fortune. We have not forgotten the friends we made while we lived there and we think of them often. This August, while visiting the USAFA for Parent's Weekend, we decided to revisit our old stomping grounds and reconnect with our friends that we had not seen in many years.

End of August Trip

Over Labor Day weekend we visited David at the Air Force Academy for Parent's Weekend. We went to his classes, bought AF memorabilia at the Visitor Center and saw his new dorm room. While we were there, we saw this helicopter land and then take off.
